اكسل حماية المصنفات والمشاركة في عمل علية حماية ورقة عمل او المصنف التي تريد حماية محتويات الخلايا يوجد كلمة مرور وكلمة الغاء حماية الورقة سوف يكون اختياري عند وضع كلمة مرور ولكن تحدير عن اختيار كلمة مرور حتى تسطيع ان تعامل مع المصنف والكن  مثل تنسي كلمة مرور نسينها سوف غير مقدورك فتح ورقة عمل او المصنف ابدا عند اختيار كلمة مرور حاول قدر استطيع كلمة مرور تستطيع تذكرها ، عند عمل مشاركة المصنف الملفات مشاركة مع الغير أي مع عدة اشخاص يكون من افضل او المناسب ان حماية مصنف سوف يكون مقيد في تعامل مع المصنف بعد حماية مصنف يكون مصنف يمنع أي تعديل على المصنف الورقة عمل على أي واحدة فيها سوف يكون حماية ورقة عمل او حماية مشاركة او مصنف في ورقة عمل في اكسل ، وايضا يمكن الغاء حماية على ورقة عمل او المصنف من قائمة المراجعة وبعدها اختر كلمة الامر حماية ثم اختر كلمة الغاء حماية مصنف سوف يساعد في حماية عمالك ولكن حدر في كلمة مرور سوف اعطي بعض مثال في اكسل حماية المصنفات والمشاركة في عمل علية

اول شيء اختر المصنف الورقة عمل وبعدها اختر كلمة قائمة مراجعة ثم اختر حماية ومشاركة في مصنف بعدها سوف تظهر لك شاشة حماية مشاركة على مصنف سوف يكون ثبت مشاركة مع بعض تغير سوف لا تسطيع احد الغاء لن اشخص لي عملة حماية هو شخص يستطيع الغاء حماية  الغاء حماية انقر او اضغط على كلمة المشاركة مع تعقب تغيير وبعدها يظهر لك شاشة حتى تسطيع ادخال كلمة مرور ( اختياري ) وبعدها انقر او اضغط على كلمة موجودها في لوحة المفاتيح TAB وبعدها ادخال كلمة مرور ( اختياري ) وبعدها انقر او اضغط كلمة موجوده في لوحة المفاتيح كلمة enter وبعدها اشخص التي ادخال كلمة مرور سوف يحتاج لفتح مصنف وبعدها ادخال كلمة مرور سوف تحتاج ادخال كلمة مرور مرة اخرى حتى تسطيع لتأكد من صحة كلمة مرور انقر او ضغط على كلمة موجوده في لوحة المفاتيح كلمة enter بعدها يطلب منك هل تريد حفظ المصنف سوف اختر كلمة موافق وبعدها انتهاء من حماية .
