اكسل متابعة التغييرات او تقب التغيرات في ورقة عمل يوجد ميزة متابعة التغيرات وتعقب التغييرات أي تغيرات في ورقة عمل او المصنف يمكن معرف عند اعمل في ورقة عمل عدة اشخاص أي اكثر من شخص واحد عند كتابة عن تقرير واحد او اثنين عند مشاركة في تنشيط خاصية تنفتح تغيرات بلون لبقية فريق سوف يظهر لك تغييرات بي نفس اللون على جهاز الكمبيوتر بي نفس ارقام تعريف كلمة مرور ، ان ميزة برنامج اكسل التغييرات يمكن ويستطيع يعطيك كل قيم التغيرات التي عملته وسوف تلاحظ في المصنف اكسل لي التأكيد متابعة التغيرات او تعقب التغييرات سوف تلاحظه كلمة ( مشترك ) مكتوب في الاعلى بجانب المصنف مكتوب كلمة مشترك على شريط عنوان تعني كلمة كتابة مشترك ان سوف يستطيع استخدام المصنف شخص غيرك لي استخدام مصنف ميزة اكسل حتى يمكن لي مشتركين الاخرين استخدام المصنف عند تنشيط مشتركة المصنف سوف يجعل مصنف مشتركا تلقائيا لي تميز التغيرات من علامة ( صح ) من امام متابعة التغيرات في تعديل وعند ازالة صح من مشتركا سوف يكون المصنف غير مشترك في ورقة عمل او مصنف سوف اعطي بعض الامثال في اكسل متابعة التغيرات او تعقب التغيرات
مثال اكسل متابعة التغييرات او تعقب تغييرات في المصنف  
اكسل متابعة التغييرات او تعقب التغيرات في المصنف اول شيء اختر كلمة قائمة مراجعة وبعدها اختر كلمة تعقب التغييرات وبعدها اختر كلمة تمييز التغيرات وبعدها اضغط او انقر على وضع علامة ( صح ) بي مربع متابعة التغيرات في وقت تعديل سوف يجعل المصنف اكسل مشترك وبعدها اضغط او انقرا كلمة  موافق وبعدها سوف تظهر لك شاشة لحفظ المصنف اكسل سوف تم حفظ هل تريد استمر في حفظ وبعد حفظ المصنف انقر او اضغط على كلمة موافق
سوف يطهر لك في الاعلى على شريط عنوان كلمة مشتركة بي جانب كلمة مصنف وبعدها ادخل بعض البيانات لي التغيرات على خلية D2 وبعدها انقر او ضغط على كلمة الادخال موجود في لوحة المفاتيح سوف لك مؤشر تعليق في خلية سيظهر لك مثلث صغير ازراق بي ركن علوي الايمين واللون خلية تغير لونة الاطار خلية يكون واضح تغيير سوف تضع او تحريك مؤشر الفار على مثلث خلية معدلة سوف يظهر تعليق يوضح او مبين تغييرات التي عملت او حديث في خلية سوف يظهر من الي ويظهر لك التي قمت بالتغيرات  .


اكسل متابعة التغييرات او تعقب التغييرات سوف يكون من قائمة مراجعة وبعدها اختر كلمة تعقب  التغييرات ، التأكيد ان علامة تظهر لك على شريط عنوان في الاعلى كلمة مشترك يكون ان طريقة صحيح وايضا يظهر لك عند كتابة في خلية سوف يظهر لك مثلث بي اللون الازرق وتغير اللون الاطار خلية يكون تنشيط ك ميزة المصنف .
